Equiton has acquired a portfolio of four Toronto rental properties, adding 346 apartments to its holdings. Three buildings are in the Forest Hill neighbourhood, while one is in North York. The properties, which have undergone significant capital upgrades, are well-located near transit and amenities and boast high occupancy rates.
