Cape Group has revised its East Vancouver project at 320 East 2nd Ave. to a 20-storey, high-density, mixed-use tower. Initially planned as a five-storey rental building, the new design will feature 165 homes, including 139 condos and 26 social housing units. The project will include retail and office space.
