Toronto’s Old Town neighbourhood is seeing intensified development, partly driven by the Ontario Line 3 construction. Dream Unlimited has updated plans for 49 Ontario Street to include three mixed-use buildings, increasing the unit count to 1,226 with heights ranging from 9 to 49 storeys and significantly reducing office space.
