Reliance Properties has sold its 48,000 sq. ft. office building at 1190 Melville Street, Vancouver, for $24M, equating to about $500 per sq. ft. Built in 1959, the seven-storey building has been renovated and houses tenants like the Better Business Bureau and Ashton Testing Services. CBRE represented Reliance in the sale.
