Arkfield Strategies has acquired the 10 Lower Spadina Avenue office building in downtown Toronto from Dream Impact Trust for $23.7 million. The seven-story mixed-use property, which spans 62,163 sq. ft., offers long-term redevelopment potential. Arkfield has expressed interest in acquiring nearby properties for further land assembly.
