Two concept options have been revealed for the redevelopment of the 3200 East Broadway site in Vancouver. Led by MST Development and Aquilini Development, the project will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The redevelopment is expected to bring around 3,800 new homes and 1,750 jobs.
