Four Vancouver penthouses, owned by the Dubai Crown Prince’s investment firm, are up for sale for $44.5 million. The penthouse, dubbed the “Crown Jewel,” was purchased for $25M in 2013. Soon after, three sub-penthouses, part of the Fairmont Collection, were purchased for over $28 million. This spending spree set a record at the time.
