Crombie REIT has acquired Westbank’s remaining 50% interest in The Zephyr, a residential and commercial property in Vancouver, for $133 million. This gives Crombie full ownership of the site, which includes 330 rental units and commercial space. The sale aligns with Westbank’s recent asset sales to reduce debt.
