Crestpoint has acquired a stake in the commercial portion of Toronto’s former Maple Leaf Gardens. The deal, part of a three-property portfolio, includes a 95,000 sq. ft. retail space housing Loblaws, LCBO, Joe Fresh, and 150 parking spaces. The deal also includes properties in Mississauga and Winnipeg.
