Coquitlam homeowners could see a $339 increase in property taxes and utilities in 2025. This includes a 7.21% property tax hike, adding $186, plus $153 more for water, sewage, and drainage. The $3.86-billion North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant project will add another $76 charge for residents.
