Langley Township council approved a three-storey commercial building on the corner of 208 Street and 42 Avenue in Brookswood. Lynterra Developments will build the 43,900-square-foot building on a vacant site. Concerns focused on tree planting, and council agreed to prioritize coniferous trees to maintain Brookswood’s character.
