Colonnade BridgePort has proposed a 14- and 28-storey project near Ottawa’s Via Rail and Tremblay LRT stations. The first phase includes 483 rental units with ground-floor commercial space, part of a long-term plan for a mixed-use community with up to 1,200 residential units, retail, parkland, and possibly a hotel.
