Canada Lands Company has submitted plans for the Downsview West District in Toronto, part of the 520-acre Downsview redevelopment. The master plan project will feature 8,800 residential units, commercial space, parks, and cultural amenities. It integrates transit hubs and adaptive reuse of heritage buildings.
