Chartwell is acquiring three senior living properties on Vancouver Island for $226.9 million. This deal includes the Vista Retirement Residence in Victoria and two properties in Nanaimo: Nanaimo Memory Care and The Edgewater Retirement Residence, which is still under construction. This acquisition marks Chartwell’s first entry into Vancouver Island.
