Toronto-based CAPREIT announced $194 million in transactions. The company sold two Eastern Canada properties totalling $96.8 million and acquired two Western Canada buildings totalling $97.6 million. The two purchases include The MacLaren in Edmonton for $79.4 million and 43Twenty in Vancouver for $18.2 million.
