CAPREIT acquired four newly built apartment properties in Montreal and Toronto for $192 million. The purchases include three Montreal buildings with 355 units for $144 million and a 61-unit Toronto building for $48 million. CAPREIT aims to modernize its portfolio, reaching $3 billion in transactions by year-end.
