The Burnaby Lake Village development, led by Peterson and Create Properties, is a master plan project at 6800 Lougheed Highway, near the Sperling-Burnaby Lake SkyTrain station. Phase one will include six buildings with 1,144 residential units. The project also features significant commercial space, parking, and bike storage.
