Burnaby is considering expropriating a section of industrial land at 5595 Roy St. to construct the Holdom overpass. This portion is part of a larger 2.2-acre site. The overpass aims to enhance trade flow and pedestrian safety at the busy Douglas Road crossing. Council will vote on September 9.
