The Kʷasən Village project in Burnaby, led by the Musqueam, Tsleil-Waututh, and Aquilini, has received final approval. Located on the 40-acre Willingdon Lands, the development will feature 5,239 units, commercial space, a film studio, and cultural amenities. Construction will proceed in seven phases, with the first offering 622 homes.
