Bosa Properties and Army & Navy Properties have revised their Cohen Block redevelopment proposal in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, doubling building heights to create 738 rental units. The 20-storey Cohen Block will offer 219 rentals, 179 hotel rooms, retail and restaurant space. The 40-storey Samuel Tower will feature 549 rentals and retail.
