BCFSA has reversed its decision to suspend Rent It Furnished’s license and freeze its rental trust accounts. The reversal follows a legal challenge and a third-party audit by KPMG. The company must now submit monthly rental trust account reconciliations to BCFSA until a discipline hearing in November 2024.
