The Rental Protection Fund has contributed $12.6M to help the Greater Victoria Housing Society purchase two properties and secure 68 homes located at 430 Michigan St. and 1500 Chambers St. GVHS will maintain below-market rents and invest in upgrades, ensuring long-term affordability and sustainability for the community.
