According to Avison Young, BC commercial sales exceeding the $5 million price point totalled more than $10.1 billion in 2024. Residential land and multifamily property deals comprised 44% of the total. Office transactions reached $1.5 billion—the highest since pre-Covid. Annual industrial sales volume reached the lowest level since 2019.
