Rosefellow has successfully leased a 248,498-square-foot industrial building in Ottawa’s Kanata West Business Park to AutoShack, marking the city’s largest industrial lease. The deal was completed in under 60 days, with the tenant expected to be operational by Q1 2025. Another adjacent building is available for lease.
