Redesigned K01 Condos Proposal Features 30-Storey Tower

Worsley Urban Partners has submitted a redesigned proposal for K01 Condos at 2699 Keele Street in Toronto. The updated plan features a 30-storey tower with 418 units, replacing earlier designs. The development includes ground-floor retail, enhanced amenities, and improved streetscape integration, aiming to revitalize the Downsview area.

35-Storey Condo Tower Planned Near Guildwood GO Station

Blacktusk Group proposes a 35-storey, 442-unit condo tower at 402–408 Livingston Rd, near Guildwood GO Station. The plan includes a four-storey podium with parking and amenities, green roofs, and rooftop patios. The site, currently zoned for single-family homes, requires rezoning to accommodate the development.

Toronto Greenlights 10,000+ New Homes in Development Push

Toronto Council approved 18 development applications and one conceptual plan in April, paving the way for 10,261 new residential units. Projects range from downtown high-rises to affordable housing across Scarborough, Etobicoke, and North York. Major developments include Union Park’s twin towers, 111 Peter Street, and the Swansea Mews revitalization.

Towers, Retail & Public Spaces Proposed in Clanton Park

Manulife Investment Management proposes five residential towers up to 49 storeys at 75–81 Billy Bishop Way, near Wilson Station. The plan includes 2,055 units, retail, daycare, and public spaces. Despite its transit-friendly location, no affordable housing is included. Existing commercial leases may delay development.

7-Tower Redevelopment Planned for Toronto’s Humber Bay

Fiera Real Estate has proposed redeveloping 125 The Queensway in Toronto's Humber Bay area into a high-density residential community. Designed by Turner Fleischer Architects, the plan features seven towers up to 50 storeys and a park across 3.45 hectares. The site is strategically near the future Park Lawn GO station.

Dual Towers Proposed Near Sheppard-Yonge Station

A proposal for dual 49- and 53-storey towers in the Willowdale area of North York, near Sheppard-Yonge station, has been submitted. Designed by Sweeny &Co Architects for Streamliner Properties, the towers will be the tallest in the area, rising 165.25m and 177.3m atop a shared podium. The project will replace an office building.
