Ledim Developments has proposed two 26-storey residential towers at 154 Rossland Road East in Ajax. The towers will feature 548 residential units, an 8-storey podium, and amenities. The project also includes affordable housing units, parking, and bicycle storage, aiming for high-density urban living.

6 Towers up to 60 Storeys Proposed Near Ajax GO Station

A development proposal in Ajax near the GO station includes six towers ranging from 50 to 60 storeys. The site at 425 Bayly Street West will house 3,727 residential units, retail and office spaces, and a central parkette. Construction is planned in two phases, with underground and above-ground parking.
