Prices Drop in Whistler and Other Ski Resort Regions

Sarah McLachlan’s Former Home in Whistler Listed for $25.5M

An estate in Whistler's Stonebridge neighbourhood has been listed for $25.5 million, making it the priciest residential listing in any Canadian mountain resort. The 8,244-square-foot home includes six bedrooms, a guest house, and luxury amenities. Formerly owned by Sarah McLachlan, it was remodelled in 2023 by designer Mitchell Freedland.

104 Affordable Homes Are Being Built in Whistler

Middle-income families and workers in Whistler will soon have access to 104 new rental homes as the first BC Builds project breaks ground at 1475 Mount Fee Rd. Featuring studios to three-bedroom units, the project is backed by a $12.7M provincial investment. Completion is estimated for 2026.
