March Sales Up 25% in the Interior Housing Market

The Interior housing market report for March revealed a 25.1% increase in residential sales from February and an 11.9% rise from last March. The 127,000 sq. ft. space is tenanted by brands like Landmark Cinema, Shoppers Drug Mart and Tim Hortons. At a value of $45 million, this acquisition nearly doubles the assets of Westbank First Nation's subsidiary, Ntityix.

Peachland Council Approves 26-Unit Housing Project
