Anthem is revising its 66-storey Citizen Tower plans at 4657 Kingsway in Burnaby. Due to high hotel demand and an uncertain office market, Anthem’s plan now includes hotel space. The tower features 645 residential units and 150,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, with no changes to residential plans.
