Allied Properties REIT sold its last two Ottawa properties, known as The Chambers at 40-46 Elgin Street, for $86.5 million in December. The Government of Canada purchased the properties, which include 223,197 sq. ft of office space and over 7,000 sq. ft. of retail space. Allied purchased the properties in 2011 for $96 million.
