The troubled Central Park project, stalled since 2021 under receivership, has found a buyer. Originally developed by LeMine Investment Group, the site faced financial and legal challenges, including disputes with the Town of Ajax over project revisions and deadlines. The new buyer will proceed with a new development agreement.
