CMHA has applied to build a 49-unit affordable housing project at 1230 Brookside Avenue in Kelowna. If approved, the six-story building will offer independent living units for low—to moderate-income residents, prioritizing individuals with disabilities. BC Housing’s Community Housing Fund will fund the project.
