BC Housing and the YWCA have acquired the 70-unit affordable housing project at 388 Slocan Street in Vancouver, developed by Chard Development. The project, named YWCA Sandy So Vista, was purchased for $32 million. BC Housing owns 34 units, while the YWCA owns 36 units and the commercial space.
