GWL Realty Advisors has received approval to build a six-storey, 91-unit apartment in North Vancouver’s Central Lonsdale neighbourhood. The project will replace an older 32-unit building. The new development will offer modern amenities and include some units priced below market rates. Construction is set to begin in early 2025.
