A large transit-oriented social housing project is proposed near Vancouver’s Marine Drive Station. Led by the Kiwanis Club and Soroptimist International, the redevelopment will feature 847 units, including 255 below market rates. The project spans four buildings, reaching up to 32 storeys, and will be completed in two phases.
