A 60-storey mixed-use tower is proposed at 149 College Street, featuring 480 student residence units and 225 rental and condo units. The project includes retaining much of the historic Stewart Building as part of a nine-storey podium. The development will offer institutional space, underground parking, and extensive bicycle storage.
