The City of Kelowna has received a rezoning application for a six-storey hotel with 178 rooms and an apartment building with 72 units at 771 Harvey Avenue and 756 Saucier Avenue. The proposal seeks CA1 – Core Area Mixed Use zoning and includes a restaurant and an outdoor social area with a pool.
