Fitzrovia Real Estate has proposed a 57-storey tower adjacent to Danforth GO station, significantly increasing the site’s previously approved 17-storey limit. The tower, featuring 533 rental units, amenities, a public park, and improved transit access, joins three other towers currently under construction as part of the project’s first phase.
