A new 52-storey mixed-use tower proposed at 111 Peter Street in Toronto’s King-Spadina area will repurpose a 9-storey office building as its base. The development features 852 residential units, 24 affordable rentals, retail space, and flexible non-residential areas. The Ontario Line’s future Queen-Spadina station is a short walk away.
