ONE Development has listed its 49-storey tower project at 736 Bathurst Street for sale. The site currently houses the Randolph Theatre, and the planned development includes 650 residential units and 24,500 sq. ft of commercial space. The sale welcomes a partner or buyer willing to take over the project.
