A large block of townhouses has been proposed for Oakville. The project includes 48 back-to-back four-storey townhomes with rooftop amenities and 194 square meters of commercial space at the corner of Garden Drive and Lakeshore Road West. The proposal will be reviewed by Oakville council on October 15.
