Curated Properties has resubmitted plans for a 44-storey rental tower in Thornhill, Markham. The project, up from its initial 33-storey plan in 2022, will include 553 rental units and 390m² indoor and 959m² outdoor amenities. It’s near the future Clark subway station on the Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension.
