A 42-storey tower is proposed at 2810 Bayview Avenue, near Toronto’s Sheppard Line 4 station, replacing a previous 7-storey plan. The resubmission reflects the area’s shift to higher density due to its Major Transit Station Area designation. Designed by Wallman Architects, the project features 539 units and extensive amenities.
