The Cineplex Cinemas redevelopment at The Queensway and Islington Avenue in South Etobicoke has been revised. The plan now includes 12 buildings, featuring 10 mixed-use towers up to 46 storeys. Changes reduced the Gross Floor Area to 327,402m², with 4,077 residential units, increased retail spaces, and added community amenities.
