Toronto-based Compten Management plans to replace a 19-storey apartment building with a four-tower complex totaling 1,814 units near Fairview Mall. The development includes towers of up to 47 storeys, spanning over 1.3 million sq. ft., and a new public park. The project also features pedestrian pathways and extensive amenities.
