Diamond Corp has proposed a 39-storey mixed-use tower at 20 Brentcliffe Road in Leaside, spurred by the upcoming Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT. The tower will include retail space and 475 residential units, 5% of which will be designated as affordable housing. The transit-oriented development is located near Laird Station.
