A 37-storey residential tower has been proposed at 1675 Eglinton Avenue West in Toronto’s Little Jamaica neighbourhood. The development would replace two existing low-rise apartment buildings with 416 units, including 75 rental replacements. The site is near Oakwood and Fairbank stations on the upcoming Eglinton Line 5 Crosstown LRT.
