North Vancouver has advanced a proposal for a 37-story rental tower and 12-storey hotel at 1634-1748 Capilano Road. This project will be the tallest on the North Shore, offering 478 purpose-built rental units and 171 hotel rooms. It will replace Econo Lodge Inn and Suites and Surestay by Best Western.
