Anthem has proposed a 26-storey mixed-use tower in Port Moody, aiming to add 325 rental units next to Moody Centre SkyTrain station. The building will offer a mix of studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments, retail and office spaces, and a public plaza. The site’s land use is designated Transit Oriented Development in the OCP.
