The Salvation Army’s new Harbour Light complex in the Downtown Eastside will open in 2026. The nine-storey building at 128 East Cordova Street will feature 46 affordable rental homes, 134 permanent shelter beds, 50 correctional beds and 70 supportive homes. BC Housing is funding 57 supportive housing units.
